Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping rates, processing times, and delivery methods.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Once your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a notification email containing your tracking information.

  • Please note: During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

2. Domestic Shipping (Greece)

We ship nationwide using trusted local courier services to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 1 to 4 business days after dispatch (delivery to remote or island areas may take up to 2-3 additional business days).

  • Shipping Rates: Flat rate shipping or Free Shipping on orders over a specific amount (as displayed dynamically at checkout).

3. International Shipping

We are proud to support athletes worldwide. We offer international shipping to selected destinations.

  • Europe Delivery: Estimated delivery within 4 to 10 business days after dispatch.

  • Rest of the World: Estimated delivery within 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please note that orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

We want you to know exactly where your gear is at all times.

  • As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's system.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) and contact us immediately.

  • If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with family members, neighbors, or your local post/courier office before contacting us.
